Our 1st time in Waco and the truck was calling our name!! The chicken is so juicy & cooked perfectly with a delicious sauce. The lady serving us was so sweet.

Top 5 all time Chicken & Waffles! Just had the 'Spicy Mama' and all I can say is DAMN! Perfect blend of crunch, heat, sweet and savory. The portion sizes are perfect as is but add in a second piece of chicken if you dare. It's that good. The owner is the sweetest most charming lady you could possibly meet and clearly loves her craft. I'm not one to look for gluten free or non-dairy normally but this is 'No Compromise' taste. If you're anywhere near Magnolia in Waco, TX do your tongue a favor and order a delicious meal from Waffle Chic. Makes me want to move to Texas.

Shamica is an extremely kind lady and very friendly! I ordered the Southern Belle and that was probably the best waffle I’ve had! The service received from the Waffle Chic is exceptional! I’ll definitely be coming back when I visit Waco again! Thank you Shamica!!!

Amazing! Literally the best waffle I’ve ever had and because it is gluten free I didn’t feel like I needed a nap afterwards. This went great paired with the Pinewood Americano next door. Shamica, the owner was so kind and welcoming and it’s obvious she has a passion for making others smile through service and her amazing waffle recipes!

Stopped in Waco on the way through TX and found the Waffle Chic’s food truck. These ladies were so nice and really care about the food they are serving you! I haven’t had chicken and waffles in years due to an allergy. Their food was gluten free and delicious! The chicken tenders were so juicy and flavorful. This was a fabulous experience and these ladies are truly a gift!

While visiting Magnolia my son wanted to try the Waffle Chic. I’m so glad we did! The lady was so nice, and helpful. Then we got our food the chicken was crispy, not dry, well seasoned and paired with a perfectly cooked waffle served with warm syrup. Classy lady is what he ordered, she has several different options including a spicy one. If you ever get the chance stop by you must try for yourself!

I absolutely loved my order of chicken and waffles. My waffle was perfectly cooked. The breading on the chicken tenderloin was perfectly seasoned and not salty. The fresh strawberries were sweet and really added to my enjoyment. I appreciate the organic and gluten-free ingredients. It's definitely a must on my next trip to Waco, TX. Last but not least, the owner was an absolute joy!

Took wife to visit the magnolia silos and wife said she has never had chicken and waffles so I had to make sure to fix that! Tried waffle chic and some of the best Chicken&Waffles I've ever had! Got the Spicy Mama and it was the perfect level of spicy and sweet!. Not only was it 10/10 food, the food didn't take long and we had the absolute most hospitable and sweet lady serving us. Shamica is what truly what this place stand out amongst the other food trucks! Every time we go back now I will absolutely be getting food from here again! Thank you for adding to a great silos experience for my family!
